Hogmanay

It's been Christmas and I'm home in Edinburgh and all of a sudden it's the last day of the year. I've been rather bad at posting news these past months, partly amplified by the fact that blogspot is blocked by the boarding house wifi on which I rely, and partly because I'm just not very good at blogging, nothing new there.
